Welcome to CrashCraft. By accessing or using any CrashCraft services, including our Minecraft server, Discord server, website, forums, or store, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of all CrashCraft services.

1. Eligibility

By using CrashCraft, you confirm that you are capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under the age required by your local jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your Minecraft account and any activity performed using it.

  • Do not share your account.
  • Protect your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all actions performed under your account.

3. Server Rules

All players must follow the CrashCraft Server Rules. Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, temporary punishments, permanent bans, or removal from any CrashCraft services.

Staff decisions are final unless successfully appealed through our official appeal process.

4. Purchases

CrashCraft may offer digital products including ranks, cosmetics, crates, keys, pets, particles, or other virtual items.

  • All purchases are delivered digitally.
  • Purchases are intended for use only on CrashCraft.
  • Purchased items have no real-world monetary value.
  • Products may be modified, replaced, or discontinued to improve gameplay.

5. Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Chargebacks or payment disputes made without first contacting our support team may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts until the matter is resolved.

6. Virtual Items

All virtual goods remain the property of CrashCraft. Purchasing a product grants you a limited, revocable license to use that content while it remains available on the network.

CrashCraft reserves the right to rebalance, remove, modify, or replace any virtual item for gameplay, security, or technical reasons.

7. Gameplay Changes

CrashCraft is a live service. Features, mechanics, economies, plugins, ranks, rewards, and gameplay may change at any time without notice.

Such changes do not entitle players to refunds or compensation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, hacks, exploits, macros, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Attempt to disrupt or damage CrashCraft services.
  • Exploit bugs for personal gain.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate other players or staff.
  • Sell or purchase accounts for real-world currency.
  • Attempt to bypass bans or punishments.
  • Distribute malicious software or phishing content.

9. Suspensions & Termination

CrashCraft reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to any service at our sole discretion where necessary to protect the community, economy, or server integrity.

10. Intellectual Property

The CrashCraft name, logo, artwork, branding, website, custom plugins, configurations, textures, documentation, and original content are the property of CrashCraft unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

11. Third-Party Services

CrashCraft may integrate with third-party services including Mojang, Microsoft, Discord, Tebex, and other providers.

We are not responsible for outages, actions, or policies of third-party services.

12. Availability

While we strive for continuous uptime, CrashCraft does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, emergencies, or technical issues may temporarily interrupt services.

13. Limitation of Liability

CrashCraft is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrashCraft and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services.

14. Changes to These Terms

CrashCraft reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
